As part of our hosting service improvements, we’re making some necessary upgrades to our infrastructure that will require a brief interruption in service for all SMS notifications, and for customers using our Communication API.

On Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 10:30 AM PDT, we'll be performing maintenance for no more than 30 minutes that will cause SMS notifications and the Communication API to be unavailable.
