We're back on track and the latest release of xMatters On-Demand (5.5.245) is currently being deployed to all regions. This update does not require any server downtime and will not affect service access.
The deployment of the latest release of xMatters On-Demand has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, but should resume shortly. We'll post another notice when we have more information or when the deployment resumes.

This is a zero-downtime update, meaning that the deployment will not require any server downtime, and your users can continue to use xMatters On-Demand as normal while the deployment is in progress. This update is not considered an exclusion from any contractual service level agreements.
