We're back on track and the latest release of xMatters On-Demand (5.5.245) is currently being deployed to all regions. This update does not require any server downtime and will not affect service access.

This is a zero-downtime update, meaning that the deployment will not require any server downtime, and your users can continue to use xMatters On-Demand as normal while the deployment is in progress. This update is not considered an exclusion from any contractual service level agreements.
