The xMatters Incident Response team has deployed a fix for the issue. We are currently monitoring the situation to ensure the implementation is stable and that all services are restored.

Update
Voice notifications and Email Initiation services have now been resolved. Some clients may still be experiencing issues with the Conferencing service. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
