As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we're once again upgrading our technologies to deliver the best possible features and functionality, including security updates, performance enhancements, and compatibility improvements.
We're currently upgrading the service responsible for internal communications across the services that support our integrations and event processing. We're upgrading this service on a region-by-region basis and while this may cause some minor inconveniences, we do not anticipate any disruption in services.
During the maintenance window, some customers in parts of the region may experience brief delays in REST API requests for some endpoints or may be automatically logged out of the web user interface. The system will continue to accept signals, create alerts, and send notifications during the maintenance window.
