As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we're once again upgrading our technologies to deliver the best possible features and functionality, including security updates, performance enhancements, and compatibility improvements.
We're currently upgrading the service responsible for internal communications across the services that support our integrations and event processing. We're upgrading this service on a region-by-region basis, and this may cause slightly slower than normal communication with the database.
During the maintenance window, some customers may experience slightly longer loading times for pages in the web user interface and brief delays in REST API requests for some endpoints. Some customers might also notice that events take slightly longer to resolve. The system will continue to accept signals, create events, and send notifications during the maintenance window.
