As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we're always looking to upgrade our technologies to deliver the best possible features and functionality, including security updates, performance enhancements, and compatibility improvements.
The next items on our list are the integration apps that provide connection between xMatters and the tools customers use to monitor their services and communicate about incidents. We're upgrading some of our integration apps to ensure they're compatible with the latest versions available and to enable access to each tool's newest features.
Beginning at 17:15 Pacific time on June 15, we'll be upgrading three apps in the following order: 1. Jira Cloud app 2. Slack 3. Teams
Each update will take approximately 2 to 3 minutes to update in sequence. Customers using one or more of these apps in their xMatters instances may experience a brief moment where that integration is not responsive.
