As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and service reliability, we're upgrading some xMatters components. Specifically, we're going to update the services responsible for retrieving and displaying historical data for the Communication Center dashboards and some reports.
During the upgrade, customers may notice display errors when viewing on-call info cards and reports, and dashboard widgets relating to group performance. The maintenance should take approximately five minutes to complete, and will not affect signal injection, notification delivery, or access to the web user interface.
